Pricing:

Custom cakes are priced on a cake-by-cake basis. Pricing depends on the number of servings and the design of your cake, the more intricate the design, the more costly the cake. Basic pricing is $2.50 per serving, see cutting chart below to estimate servings for basic pricing pricing. This basic pricing includes your choice of pan shape, cake flavor, buttercream flavor, 5 decorating colors, border and basic decorations.

How We Design Your Cake:

We offer creative, innovative cakes using only the freshest ingredients to provide you with the highest quality product. We specialize in fondant cakes, with a virtually unlimited amount of design options available. The majority of our work is done by hand and made from scratch. We have a passion for beautifully designed, great-tasting desserts and hope to share with you. All of our cakes are made to order from fillings to decorations. We offer a variety of cake flavors, fillings, and icings. Choose from our standard combinations or mix and match the flavors of your choice. To view our selection of flavors, click here.

Steps to design a one-of-a-kind cake for your special event:

Step 1. Occasion: wedding, birthday, baby or bridal shower, anniversary

Step 2. Shape: round, square, hexagon, petal, heart or a mix

Step 3. Set-up: Asymmetrical vs. symmetrical, stacked, pillared, table cakes, topsey-turvey, free form

Step 4. Servings: How many guest to be in attendance? See cutting guides.

Step 5. Colors: Event color theme; colors to incorporate into the cake

Step 6. Flavors: Choose from the many cake flavors available from flavors page

Step 7. Fillings: Choose filling from flavors page

Step 8. Icings: Choose flavor of icing from flavors page.

Step 9. Presentation: Cake plate, board, or plateau

Cake Info:

A Country Cake is custom, made to order, from start to finish.

Delivery: CC&P will deliver all cakes that are more than two tiers. The delivery fee depends on mileage. Cave City and Barren County deliveries are included. You may pick-up your cake, please discuss details on transporting a cake with Debbie.

Shipping: We will not ship finished cakes. We will ship components and decorations to add to a cake on site. Experience has taught me that cakes do not ship well and we cannot guarantee a damage-free cake.

Party Cakes (Baby Shower, Birthday, etc): We will reserve your order once you have approved the design and price quote. The price quote will be based on your specific design and a number of servings. With sufficient notice, we can make changes to your design, the number of servings, and the flavors once the order is placed. Design changes will not be accepted within three days of your event. For Party Cakes, there is no set price list, as all cakes are priced on a per cake basis. Price depends on several factors including size, complexity of design, and design options.

All cakes require a minimum of five days notice prior to the event date. Some design elements may require time to set such as sugar flowers and figures. Cakes required in less than five days may incur additional fees.

Naughty cakes are available upon request for birthdays, showers, etc. Nothing is too extreme, nothing is off limits. Call for additional information.
